This social event was originally scheduled during the holidays in 2008 but due to inclement weather was postponed until February. So as not to confuse ourselves...we are still calling it the 2008 Holiday Open House. It was a two day affair that took place on February 18th and 19th. Wednesday night, the 18th  was the more formal of the two days and we were visited by many of our board members, funders, business associates, families and nurses. We had activities for the kids and amazing “adult” food & beverages prepared by Chris Thomas, our board chair. Thursday was a more casual setting with visits from more nurses and families. During the two-day event we had close to 100 guests. Great fun was had by all!!
