Please join us in recognizing the following employees for a “job well done!”

January
Keisha Conner

Help us celebrate Keisha Conner, RN as our Employee of the Month. Keisha joined our nursing team eight months ago as a new graduate and has been providing excellent care to three clients, including doing an outstanding job as a primary nurse. She is loved by ALL her clients and families. Keisha is always accommodating about last minute changes to her schedule. She will pick up an extra shift or work additional hours to help out a family with immediate needs, even flipping from days to nights. In addition, Keisha takes the initiative to change outdated orders, find solutions to issues and has excellent handwriting. It is evident by her actions that this is “not just a job.” She genuinely cares for her clients and their families. This is a well-deserved honor, congratulations Keisha!

February
Megan Clover-Owens

LPN Megan Clover-Owen is our Employee of the Month for March and Madison, Willie and baby Mason know exactly why she is receiving this honor. They have been the lucky recipients of her thoughtful, fun and compassionate nursing care. Her style of communication is always positive, direct and professional as she keeps her supervisor apprised of client health status, progress and concerns. Everyone working with Megan instantly likes her friendliness and aura of confidence. We salute you Megan and thank you for bringing your tremendous skills to our All Star nursing team each and every day!

March
Codie Philo

Mason, John and Ryan will be thrilled to hear that their nurse Codie Philo is our April Employee of the Month. Codie came to CNS 16 months ago as a University of Portland graduate with additional experience as a fire fighter II and EMT. Codie is a natural for homecare because of his easy going personality, open and friendly communication style and adaptability to the specific needs of each home. He serves as a primary nurse for Mason and recently stepped up to assist on the Safety Committee. His fire fighter experiences provide a unique perspective to home safety issues and thankfully he is not shy about sharing ideas or solving problems. Codie is extremely professional and has demonstrated great loyalty and respect for CNS’s mission and staff. It is with great pleasure that we honor Codie for being an exceptional CNS nurse!
